I’ve noticed the same thing. Residential property still seems like the safer option in many areas, especially where rental demand is stable. Short-term rentals can bring better returns, but changing regulations and seasonal demand make them harder to predict. For me, the most useful part of these discussions is reading about real negotiations and mistakes, not just success stories.
