Você pode usar um artifício simples: Adicione uma impressora Genérico/Somente Texto na pasta de impressoras e faça ela apontar para um arquivo (FILE:), e coloque-a como impressora dafault. Depois, vá no menu File, clique em Print e no frame Print What, selecione Code. Depois, clique em OK. O próprio driver da impressora irá pedir o nome do arquivo, e pronto, o VB irá imprimir o seu projeto dentro de um arquivo com a extensão .prn, que nada mais é que um arquivo texto comum (devido ao fato de você usar uma impressora somente texto, isto não seria possível usando o driver de uma jato de tinta, pois os comandos de impressão não são legíveis).
